The type of document, its level of complexity, and the urgency of your project are some of the variables that affect the answer. Some translations can be completed in a matter of hours, but others might take days or even weeks. You may make better plans and have more reasonable expectations if you are aware of these things.

The translation process will take longer if there is more text. A professional translator may often translate between 2,000 and 3,000 words every day.
Brief documents (emails, certifications, and letters): typically one day.
Reports, marketing brochures, contracts, and other medium-length documents: two to five days.
Large-scale initiatives (books, manuals, websites): 1–3
